Herald Day Craft Vendor Booth
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) All applicants must provide their own tables, chairs, shade, change and any other items necessary to conduct or maintain the intended function of their booth.
2) Approved application is for a 10’ by 10’ area only. Additional area by approval of the Herald Community Club (additional fee may apply).
3) There will be no area reserved until the completed application and all required fees are paid. There are no refunds until reserved area is reserved by a substitute party.
5) All vehicles not integral with the booths function and within the approved area will be removed from the park area by 8:00am.
6)The applicant and all members of the applicant’s group with hold the Herald Community Club, its officers and members harmless for any personal injury or property damage or loss that may be incurred as part of participation in Herald Day.
